Eat lightly before class.
Avoid fragrances.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket (twin-sized), and a firm bed pillow or meditation cushion.
Listen to your body; work within your limits.
Breathe.
Each 8-week session progresses from supine, to seated, to kneeling, to standing postures.
Persons of all ages, abilities and experience are welcome since each person is working within his/her own limits.
Yoga is not competitive. We make a point of offering variations for each pose to accommodate differing levels of flexibility.
The fee is $96 per 8-week session. To afford each student abundant space, class size is limited to 20 students. Consequently, pre-registration with payment is required. Your verbal indication to attend may defer payment until the first class, but still constitutes a commitment.
Classes run once per week for 8 weeks.
